The Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) department has strong interdisciplinary research and educational programs on a foundation of core ECE disciplines and provides first-class education while engaging in research at the frontiers of knowledge. The Department has strong research programs with annual research expenditures of $16.2M. Current enrollment is approximately 200 full-time graduate students and 860 undergraduate students.
