The IEEE MEMS 2024 Conference has arranged for a limited number of discounted rooms at the conference venue, the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center.

All of 297 guest rooms are luxuriously appointed and crafted to envelop you in a state of relaxation to send you out the door recharged the next day. Room Rates
These rates are subject to a room tax, presently at 17%.

The cut-off date for the reduced group rate of $235 is 12 January 2023. The room block is smaller than the number of workshop participants; hotel rooms will be assigned in the order that the hotel receives the reservations. Should you wish to extend your stay, the hotel offers the Workshop room rates for the preceding and following weekends, provided you make reservations by the deadline.

All sleeping room rates are subject to a 17% sales and occupancy tax. Reservations made after the 12 January date will be confirmed subject to availability of space and non-group rates. A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations with payment in full due at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled prior to 72 hours before arrival, after which time, this deposit in non-refundable. To cancel your reservation, please contact the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center.

Upon check-in, credit and debit cards will have a hold of $75 per day for incidental charges and such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer depending on your bank.
